We proudly serve not only the local Metuchen and Edison community, but all those looking for a traditional yet innovative music school in Central NJ. Our students come from many surrounding towns and even NY and PA.Our teachers have expertise in areas, including teaching Suzuki, ABRSM (Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music, London)and RCM (Royal Conservatory of Music, Canada), allowing us to offer a wide variety of classes. 

Classes may be short term or long term depending on your needs, and include playing scales, learning international and local music, sight reading, ear training, and understanding music theory.We utilize individual and group coaching methods and test our students through violin/string/piano progressions.

We prepare students to take ABRSM graded exams (Grade 1-8 and diploma) in which our students have achieved distinction, merits and pass grades. Many other international exams students are also welcomed.We help students prepare for their auditions and play popular sonatas for renowned music festivals, orchestras, recitals and provide intense training for college admissions.See the classes being offered at Music Academy Metuchen.
